An actress that I'd collaborated with for years moved away from my location in Central Pennsylvania to Ithaca. I asked a friend of mine in Ithaca (who had some audio connections) to check into who the best studio in the area was. The answer came back: REP Studio. So I began recording my commercials at REP (directing via a phone patch) and since have done other commercials with Ithaca talent as well.
